food-hero operation produces corn-fed, free-range
chickens ready for your table. The business
follows a traditional approach to small-scale farming
and believes in ethical and responsible management in
which the chickens are given the opportunity to spend
each day enjoying the outdoors while being protected at
night. Due to the nature of their rearing, the
chickens have a distinctive taste and need little
spicing during cooking to get maximum flavour. A
